mine only a 1.2, so no need for performance coils, unless ya going to build a teack day car or getting a GTI ad recommend these

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COILOVER-VW-P ... 2ec4db2876

cheap and cheerful, they do rust easy but still stay strong had mine in for 2years now and all good, gets it dropped to 80mm over with these helpers and adjusters out, ad recommend taking them out to as the 6r is VERY VERY high, but if ya dont like a rough ride dont haha

example this 80mm drop (mine) and standard (lasses)

this is it on about 50to60mm drop with helpers still in, no good at all, arch gap is redic on a 60mm drop...

and this is it about 80mm, with helpers and adjusters out, still pretty high for 80mm drop, other cars sit on the deck...

wheels for the polo are a hard choice like, get it low and get it stanced bro, will look unreal

if ya nar how to fit coils, it easy, just gota take them back out, remove the top spring in the coild and take adajusters out the back and sit the spring were adudjuster was before

that's ya best bet like, coz ya still got alot of clearance with helpers out, as polos are high, i can also fit very big wheels one and get them on full look as my steels were very big as off a mk4 golf

the polo 6r is 5x100 by ET38. and yad need adapators for Porsche twists, but would look the shit man, havnt seen one on twists yet ether

http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/fk-whee ... -8774.html

this is where i got mine for my mercs, proper HnR very good

mint be a very rough ride, so proper ya spine and warn ya gran n granda before you ever give them lifts
